Vicky Cook

  Mrs. Vicky Jarrell Cook age 72 of NC Highway # 49 South, Denton, NC died Wednesday, January 30 at Wake Forest Baptist Health High Point Medical Center.   A funeral will be held at 3:00 PM Saturday, February 2 at Briggs Funeral Home Memorial Chapel conducted by Rev.Richard Gould. Burial will follow at Alleghany United Methodist Church Cemetery.   The family will see friends Saturday from 1:00 until 2:30 PM at Briggs Funeral Home and other times will be at the residence.   Mrs. Cook Was born May 1, 1946 in Davidson County to John F Jarrell and Mary Magdalene Grubb Jarrell. She was a retired employee of Black & Decker Corporation. She was preceded in death by her parents and by brothers, J. W Jarrell and Charles D. Jarrell.   She is survived by her husband Dale Cook of the home; sons Brent Cook and wife Kathy of Wytheville, VA and Trent Cook and wife Tina of Denton; brother Ricky Jarrell of Trinity; grandchild Keely Baynard and husband Michael; great grandchild, Thea Baynard.   Memorials may be made to Alleghany United Methodist Church Cemetery Fund, c/o David Fine, 1840 Alleghany Church Road, Denton, NC 27239
