Robert "Bobby" Tysinger

Mr. Robert Lee (Bobby) Tysinger of Dogwood Road, Denton, NC died Tuesday, August 2 at his residence. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, August 5 at Fairview United Methodist Church with Rev. Sandy Young and Doug Rowe officiating. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. The family will see friends from 6:30 to 8:30 PM Thursday, August 4 at Briggs Funeral Home and other times will be at the residence of the son Dale Tysinger on Frank Road. Mr. Tysinger was born January16, 1938 in Davidson County to Oscar P Tysinger and Virgie Savannah Hill Tysinger. He was a retired self-employed concrete finisher. He was a member of Fairview United Methodist Church and was preceded in death by his parents and brothers William (Bill) Tysinger and Cletus Tysinger and by a sister Edith T Hedrick. He is survived by his wife, Frances Leonard Tysinger of the home; sons, Dale Tysinger and wife Misty and Phillip (Phil) Tysinger and wife Teresa all of Denton; daughter Donna Tysinger and husband Autry of Lexington; sister-in-law, Joyce Tysinger of Denton; grandchildren, Riley Tysinger and Macey Tysinger, step grandchildren, Michael Curry, Michelle Curry and Crystal Curry; step great grandchildren, Dalya and Oriah.
