Zora G. Sessoms

Zora G. Sessoms, age 87, formerly of Jackson Springs, NC died Saturday, April 7, 2012 at Sandy Ridge Assisted Living in Candor. Funeral services will be held 4:00 PM Monday at Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church with Rev. Eric Joyce officiating. Interment will follow in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:30 to 4:00 PM Monday at the church prior to the service. Mrs. Sessoms was born March 20, 1925 in Moore County to Charlie Franklin Glover and Hassie Parrish Glover. She was a member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church and retired from Stanly Furniture in Quality Control. She was preceded in death by her husband, George N. Sessoms, Sr. Survivors include; her son; George L. Sessoms, Jr. of Jackson Springs, 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
