William Louis Ingram passed away peacefully at his home on Thursday September 7, 2023. He went to be with his Lord at the age of 78. He was born in Commerce, Georgia on May 22, 1945. William is predeceased by his loving wife, Mary Ingram of Denton, North Carolina. He is lovingly remembered by his sons Aaron Ingram (Susan) of Savannah, Georgia and Danny Ingram (Jan) of Homer, Alaska; his brother, Jack Ingram of Savannah, Georgia; his grandchildren: Joshua Ingram (Michelle), Alan Ingram (Lydia), Bradley Ingram, Danielle Allen (Andrew), Cori Medina (Thomas), Mallory Ingram (Paul Guy), and Dominic Ingram; and fifteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. William was a devote Christian who loved to spend time reading and teaching the bible. If he were here today, he would proudly tell you that the greatest day of his life was when he accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior. A graveside memorial will be held for William at Mountain View Memorial Gardens in Denton, NC on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at 11:00am.
