Wayne Lee Hill

Wayne Lee Hill, 88, of Tipperary Lane, Denton, NC passed away on Thursday, February 09, 2023, at the Hospice House in High Point. An entombment service will be held on Monday, February 13, at Gardens of Memory Mausoleum. Wayne was born December 28, 1934, in Guilford County, NC to Grover Hill and Ethel Doby Hill. He served in the United States Navy and worked as a truck mechanic for over 35 years. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Barbara York Hill and a son, David Hill. He is survived by son, Terry Hill of High Point; 8 grandchildren, Kevin Hill, Elizabeth Hill, Addison Hill, Preston Hill, Amelia Hill, Charlotte Hill, William Hill, and Julia Hill; 6 great-grandchildren, Adam Hill, Jacob Hill, Chayne Hill, Skylar Hill, Gabriel Hill, and Alexander Hill; and a sister, Linda Link of Trinity.
