Virginia Risso

Mrs. Virginia Mae Cyford Risso, 66, of Thomasville, NC passed away on Saturday, November 25, 2023, at her residence.

Virginia was born on April 24, 1957, in Baltimore, Maryland, the daughter of Howard Cyford and Audrey Rapp Cyford. Virginia retired as a Registered Nurse in an Intensive Care Unit, a career in which she found great enjoyment in helping others. She was a diehard Atlanta Braves fan and was thought of as a second mother to friends of her sons. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Michael J. Risso; sons, Michael J. Risso, Jr, and Anthony J. Risso.
