Jose Victor Gallegos Rodriguez, 42, of Biscoe, died Thursday, April 30, 2020 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions, Memorial Services will be private. Born in Aguascalientes, Mexico on September 15, 1977, the son of J. Jesus Gallegos Cisneros and Maria de Jesus Rodriguez Cruz. He was a baker. He is survived by his wife, children, father, brothers and sisters, and numerous nieces and nephews. Briggs-Candor Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
