Vickie Jacobs Hughes, 65, of Bringle Ferry Rd., Denton, NC passed away on Monday, August 5, 2024.
Vickie was born on May 21, 1959, in Rowan County to Robert Benjamin Jacobs and Ruth Elizabeth Frye Jacobs. She had worked in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant until a decline in health. In addition to her parents shew was also preceded in death by a brother, Bill Jacobs.
Left to cherish her memory is her husband, Thomas Hughes; daughters, Holly Kluttz and Jennifer Ruth Davis; sisters, Shirley Moon and Joyce Petersen; a brother, Kenneth Jacobs; 3 grandchildren, Marianne Elizabeth “Lizzie” Goodine, Christopher Goodine, and Madison Davis.
