Vernon Lester

Mr. Vernon Eugene Lester age 50, of N. Main St. Ext., Denton died Saturday, May 18 at his residence. A memorial service will be held 7:00 PM Tuesday at Denton Wesleyan Church conducted by Rev. Charles Moses. Vernon was born January 12, 1963 in Guilford County to Edward Lester and Grace Williams Lester. He had been a cook a Jeds BBQ. Vernon was a loving father and grandfather. He loved to serve Jesus. Survivors include, wife; Elizabeth Joy Walters Lester of the home, sons; Jonathon Walters and Jeremy Lester both of Denton, daughter; Christy Garner of Denton, sister; Ruth Spry of Greensboro and brother; Rev.
