Tony Miller DENTON —Tony Wayne Miller, 61, of Vernon Avenue, died Tuesday, Nov. 21, 2006. Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Denton Wesleyan Church, where he was a member, with the Rev. Charles Moses officiating. He was a native of Davidson County and was employed with Allied Trucking Co. of Winston-Salem. Surviving are wife, Kennie Smith Miller of the home; son, Shannon Miller of Denton; stepsons, Ken Smith and Michael Hamby, both of Denton; stepdaughter, Elana Hamby of Denton; brothers, Buddy Miller and Tommy Dean Yates, both of Denton; sister, Sue DeBerry of Denton; two grandchildren. Briggs Funeral Home in Denton is in charge of arrangements.
