Troy-Timothy Wayne Overton Timothy Wayne Overton, 46, of Eldorado St., Troy, died Wednesday in Troy. Funeral Service will be 2:00 PM Saturday at Briggs-Candor Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mark Moore officiating. Burial will follow in the Marcus United Methodist Church Cemetery. A native of Montgomery County, Mr. Overton was born January 27, 1963, the son of Henry and Mary Greene Moore. He was a car salesman and a member of Pleasant Hill UMC. Mr. Overton is survived by 2 sons, Gabriel Overton of Thomasville and Timmon Overton of Jackson Springs; his mother, Mary Hoover of Troy; 2 brothers, Edgar Overton of Candor and Steve Overton of Troy; 1 Grandchild. The family will receive friends from noon to 2:00 PM prior to the service Saturday at Briggs-Candor Funeral Home and other times at the residence on Eldorado St in Troy
