Theo Cook

Mr. Theo Cook, age 82 of South NC Hwy # 49, Denton died Sunday at Forsyth Regional Hospital in Winston-Salem. Mr. Cook was born September 25, 1924 in Davidson County to Carl Cook and Frances Surratt Cook. He was a retired employee of Surratt Hosiery Mill and a member of Allegheny United Methodist Church. He is survived by his wife, Doris Lax Cook, a son, Dale Cook and wife Vicky all of Denton. Grandsons, Brent Cook and Trent Cook and 1 great grandchild. A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, December 28 at Allegheny United Methodist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will see friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday at Briggs Funeral Home and other times at the residence.
