Terry Tolbert

Terry Dale Tolbert, 44, of New London, died Sunday, Sept. 3, 2006, at his home. Funeral service will be 2 p.m., Wednesday at Taylor’s Grove Baptist Church, with the Rev. Tommy Tysinger officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. He was a carpenter and ran a produce stand. Surviving are wife, Athena Tysinger Tolbert of the home; stepdaughter, Tina Wyse of Pennsylvania; brothers, Jon “Mack” Tolbert of Lexington, Richard “Rusty” Tolbert of New London, Cheyenne Tolbert and Darryl Tolbert, both of Charlotte; sisters, Carol Tate of Lexington, Linda Seawell of Troy; three grandchildren. The family will be at Briggs Funeral Home, Denton, 6-8 p.m. Tuesday.
