Tempie Lou Fine

Ms. Tempie Lou Fine, 86, formerly of Moses Glover Rd. Denton passed away on Tuesday, Aug. 7, 2018 at Mountain Vista Health Park.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Saturday, Aug.11 at Briggs Funeral Home Memorial Chapel conducted by Rev. Mike Fritts. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 pm Saturday prior to the service.

Ms. Fine was born March 8, 1932 in Davidson County to Grady Thomas Fine and Nellie Mae Rogers Fine. She was a member of Alleghany United Methodist Church and had worked at Surratt’s Hosiery Mill. In addition to her parents Tempie was also preceded in death by sister, Rosa Fine; brothers, Howard Dwayne Fine, Clarence Everett Fine, and Samuel Lewis Fine.

She is survived by sister, Janice Ruby Fine of Denton and nieces and nephews.
