Sharon Nicholson Parsons

Sharon Nicholson Parsons, 69, of Denton, NC passed away on Friday, July 31, 2026, at Alderwood of Davidson County. Born in Tampa, FL on July 21, 1957, the daughter of the late Charles "Nick" Nicholson, Jr. and the late Sue Jenkins Nicholson.

Following graduation from Ragsdale High School, Sharon made a career at Penn National Insurance as an underwriter for over 40 years. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a sister, Debra "Debbie" Blackman.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Dean Parsons; her son, Jeff Glen Parsons; her grandchildren, Maverick and Kinsey; and her sister, Faye Greene.
