Sandra Kaye Turner Penninger, 75, formerly of HWY 64, Lexington, NC passed away on Thursday, Nov. 17, 2022, at Novant Health Forsyth Medical Center.
A private family memorial service will be held later.
Sandra was born in Sanford, FL on August 10, 1947, the daughter of the late John Turner and Mary Shue Turner. She was of the Baptist faith and had worked in the food service industry as a restaurant manager. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Judy A. Turner
She is survived by her daughter, Melissa Murph Crowell of Lexington; brother, Mike Turner of Iron Station, NC; 2 grandchildren, Terry Alan Scercy of Concord and Casey Christine Scercy of Lexington; 2 great-grandchildren, Myles Alan Scercy and Aleczander Robinson.
