Sandra Byrd Mccallum

Sandra Byrd McCallum, age 64, of Green St., Biscoe, died Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. Funeral Service will be 11:00 AM Saturday, March 28, 2009 at Biscoe Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Anne Beach and Rev. Glenn Hancock officiating. Burial will follow in the Norman Community Cemetery. Born May 13, 1944 in Moore County, the daughter of Ed and Zelda Allred Byrd. She was a purchasing officer for Montgomery Community College. Sandra is survived by 2 daughters, Melody Love of Biscoe and Tenita Harrington of Moncure NC; 2 sisters, Randie Huntley of Pinebluff and RueNell Mabe of Jackson Springs; 4 grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6:30 to 8:30 PM Friday at Briggs-Candor Funeral Home and other times at the residence of a daughter, Melody Love, Samarcand Rd., Biscoe. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Victory Junction Gang Camp, 4500 Adam’s Way, Randleman NC 27317.
