Ruth Gallimore

Mrs. Ruth Coppley Gallimore, age 64 of Brown Street, Denton, died Saturday, December 20 at Brightmoor Nursing Center in Salisbury. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, December 23 at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Johnny Gobble officiating. The family will see friends from 6:00 to 8:00 Monday at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton, and at other times will be at the residence on Brown Street. Mrs. Gallimore was born in Davidson County, December 16, 1950 to Willie Coppley and Myrtle Owens Coppley. She was a retired employee of Councill Craftsmen Furniture Company and was married to Leslie (Punkin) Gallimore who died March 18, 2009. She is survived by sons, Chad Carlton Gallimore amd Gary Lee Gallimore and wife Christeena all of Denton; brothers, Jimmie Coppley of Lexington and Tony Coppley of Thomasville; sisters Kim Potts, Linda Miller and Minnie Bailey all of Denton; grandchildren, Gary Gallimore, Jr and Jake Gallimore.. .
