Mr. Russell Lee Miller, Sr. age 69 of Farmer Denton Road, Denton, NC died Saturday, January 2 at his residence No services are planned at this time. Cremation provided by Briggs Funeral Home Mr. Miller was born March 23, 1946 in Dare County to Patrick Miller and Odessa Crank Miller. He was an Army Veteran of the Vietnam Conflict and had worked in the Commercial Fishing Indurtry. He is survived by his wife, Gloria Armstrong Miller of the home; sons Russell Miller II, Ralph Miller, Nick Armstrong, Murray Douglas Sawyer and Ricky L.
