Runell Holder Williams

Betty Runell Holder Williams, 85, of Holder Dr., Candor, died Monday, November 27, 2017 at FirstHealth Hospice House in Pinehurst.  Funeral Service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at Briggs-Candor Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Wayne Luck officiating.  Burial will follow in Candor Cemetery.   Mrs. Williams was born December 9, 1931 in Montgomery County, the daughter of Sam and Gladys Leach Holder.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Williams in 1966.   She is survived by her son, Michael C. Williams of Biscoe; 2 sisters, Helen Green of Candor and Mable DeWitt of Georgia; grandson, Shane Williams; and great-granddaughter, Chelsea Williams.   The family will receive friends from 12:30-2:00 PM prior to the service on Wednesday at Briggs-Candor Funeral Home in Candor.
