Ruby Hall

Mrs. Ruby Harrison Hall, age 90 of Handy Road, Denton, NC died Friday, October 27 at Mountain Vista Health Park. Mrs. Hall was born December 23, 1915 in Davidson County to Hosea Harrison and Estella Lanier Harrison. She was a member of Lineberry United Methodist Church and was married to S. Vernon Hall who died in 1965. She was also preceded in death by a son, Joel Hall and a brother Rex Harrison. She is survived by a daughter, Frances Lax and husband Joe, a son Richard Hall and wife Elaine, a sister Myrle Badgett. 5 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. A funeral service will be held at 3:30 pm Sunday at Lineberry United Methodist Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The family will see friends from6:00 to 8:00 PM Saturday at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton and other times at the residence of Joe and Frances Lax on Handy Road.
