Ronald Edward Goins, 53, of E. Washington St., Rockingham, died Monday, May 15, 2017 at Randolph Hospital in Asheboro. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Thursday at Briggs-Candor Funeral Home. Born June 20, 1963 in Moore County, he was the son of Ed Franklin and Inez Leach Goins. He was a car salesman. He is survived by a brother, Frankie Goins (Tammy) of Rockingham; sister, Alisa Goins Cain (David) of Candor; 2 nieces; 4 nephews. Briggs-Candor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
