Rodney Alan Kennedy

Rodney Alan Kennedy, 39, of 1186 Cedar Creek Rd. Biscoe, died Friday, September 5, 2008 at FirstHealth Montgomery Memorial Hospital in Troy. Mr. Kennedy was born October 29, 1968 in Montgomery County, a son of Dudley M. and Kaye Lemonds Kennedy. He was a graduate of East Montgomery High School, Class of 1987, had attended Sandhills Community College and had been employed with Midway Airlines. Surviving are his parents, Dudley and Kaye Lemonds Kennedy of the home, sister, Renee Howell and husband Bryan of Biscoe, nephew, Christopher Teague and wife Amy of Troy, Niece, Amanda Howell of Biscoe, his special dog Cheech and many Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. Funeral services will be held Monday at 2:00 PM at Macedonia Presbyterian Church with Rev. Mark Fisher and Rev. Clyde Allen officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will see friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Sunday at Briggs Candor Funeral Home and at other times at the home on Cedar Creek Rd. Biscoe. He touched everyone around him and will truly be missed.
