Robert Max Potter, age 70 of Hwy. 109 South, Denton died Sunday, June 20 at Thomasville Medical Center following a sudden illness. A Memorial Service will be held here in Denton at a later date. The body will be sent to Massachusetts for burial. Mr. Potter was born January 27, 1940 in Gardener, Maine to Max Ellery and Eleanor Frances Dyer Potter. He was retired from the furniture manufacturing industry and was a member of New Beginning Church here in Denton. He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force. Mr. Potter is survived by his wife, Jane Pepin Potter of the home, daughters, Lisa Marie Murphy of Winchendon, Mass., Dawn Michelle Fitzmaurice of Grafton, Mass, Robin Marguerite Potter-Hicks of Winchendon, Mass. and his mother, Eleanor Dyer Potter of Winchendon, Mass. He is also survived by 3 granddaughters, 2 grandsons and 1 great-grandson.
