Rita Fritts

Mrs. Rita Wright Fritts, age 74 of Eastside Drive, Denton, NC died Saturday, February 7 at Mountain Vista Health Park. A funeral service will be held at 4:00 PM Thursday, February 12 at Central United Methodist Church conducted by Rev. Benny Clodfelter. Burial will follow in Mountain View Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Fritts was born August 20, 1934 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to Arthur G. Wright and Enide Wilson Wright. She was a retired supervisor with Burlington Industries, Denton Plant and was a veteran of the U S Navy. She was a member of Central United Methodist Church. Mrs. Fritts is survived by her husband Don Fritts of the Home; sons, Larry Fritts and wife Penny of Siler City; Danny Fritts of Thomasville; Tommy Fritts and wife Teresa of Denton and Tim Fritts and wife Susan of San Diego, Calif. A brother David Wright and 7 grandchildren: Terri, Tara, Timothy, Cyndl, Sarah, Hannah and Kyndl. The family will see friends from 6:00 to 8:00 PM Wednesday at Briggs Funeral Home and other times at the residence on Eastside Dr. Memorials may be made to American Diabetes Asso., PO Box 11454, Alexandria, Va 22312.
