Revearn Tuck

Mrs. Revearn Norman Tuck, age 86 of Old Camp Road, Denton, NC died Friday, September 25 at her residence.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Tuesday, Sept. 29 at Briggs Funeral Home Memorial Chapel conducted by Rev. Mike Shoaf and Rev. Gerald Ward. Interment will follow at Mountain View Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Tuck will lie in state from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm Tuesday at Briggs Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the residence.

Mrs. Tuck was born in Surry County on December 17, 1933 to Norris John Norman and Nannie Viola Callahan Norman. She had been employed with Burlington Industries as a Supervisor, following her retirement she worked at Peggy’s Video. Mrs. Tuck was of the Baptist Faith.  In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by her first husband, Clarence Monroe Copley; her second husband, John Henry Tuck; a son, Johnny H. Tuck; and a brother, Hugh Norman.

She is survived by daughters, Vickie C. Barringer-Misenheimer and husband Fred of Salisbury, Terry C. Shaw and husband Danny of Denton, Karen C. Moss of Salisbury, Helen M. Tuck and significant other Chad Robbins of Denton, Lisa Gallup and husband Kent of Asheboro; sons, Brian K. Tuck and wife Debbie of Salisbury and Ronnie Tuck and wife Wendy of Rockwell; her beloved pet companion, Sage; brother, Danny Norman of High Point; sisters, Jewel Lowe of High Point, Shelby Ivery of High Point, and Glenda Boling of Charlotte; 11 grandchildren, Keith Shaw, Kelly Shaw, Andy Moss, Amber Tippett, Tabitha Edwards, April Moss, Tiffany Kindley, Jordan Tuck, Jenna Tuck, Landon Tuck, Alli Tuck; 2 step-grandchildren, Dennis Tuck and Wanda Wilburn; 9 great-grandchildren, Madison Tippett, Katherine Shaw, Sarah Shaw, John Shaw, Hailey Moss, Kip Moss, Allegacy Porter, Aniston Tuck, and Branch Berg; 2 grand dogs, Cooper and Roxy.
