Raphael Fahey

Mr. Raphael David Fahey age 86, of Pinehurst Trace Drive, Pinehurst, NC died Friday, July 25, 2014 at Carolina House Assisted Living in Lexington, NC. A graveside inurnment service will be held Wednesday, July 30 at 1:00 PM at Pinelawn Memorial Park in Southern Pines, NC conducted by Rev. Charlie Collins. Mr. Fahey was born October 23, 1927 in Tolland County, Connecticut to Raymond Fahey and Elizabeth Stuckey Fahey. He was a veteran of The US Navy and had worked for The Hartford Courant. Mr. Fahey was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Jean Reynolds Fahey. Surviving is, son, David Edward Fahey of Wilson; daughters, Kathy Easter of Denton, Joan Willhoft of Manchester, CT., Linda Cullen of Colchester, CT., Debra Jean Fahey of Thomasville, and Elizabeth Parker of Bolton, CT.; sister, Helen Breen of Storrs, CT.; 13 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
