Pete Gallimore

X. L. “Pete” Gallimore, age 73 of Lexington Health Care, formerly of Anderson Street, Denton died Monday, August 18 at Lexington Health Care. A graveside service will be held Friday, August 22, 2008, 11:00 am at Tom’s Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Mr. Gallimore was born April 14, 1935 in Davidson County to Lonnie and Josephine Carriker Gallimore. He had worked as a machine operator in the textile industry most of his working years. Mr. Gallimore was preceded in death by brothers, Wade Gallimore, Colon Gallimore, Thomas Gallimore and John Wayne Gallimore. He is survived by brothers, Calvin Gallimore and Otto Gallimore, both of Denton and Talton Tase Gallimore of Trinity. Briggs Funeral Home in Denton is handling the arrangements.
