Payton Skylar Yates

Payton Skylar Yates infant daughter of Brian Yates and April Hughes was born October 8, 2016 in Randolph County and passed away on October 9, 2016 at WFU Baptist Brenner’s Children Hospital in Winston Salem, NC. A graveside service will be held 1:00 pm Thursday, October 13, 2016 at Pleasant Union Community Church Cemetery in the Jackson Creek Community conducted by Rev. Billy Joe Yates. In addition to her parents Brian Yates and April Hughes of Valley Farm Rd., Denton Payton is survived by maternal grandparents, Mike and Earlene Hughes of Denton; paternal grandparents, Dennis and Vickie Yates of Denton; great grandparents, Glenn Hughes and Vernon Dorsett both of Denton; aunt, Amy Yates Cagle (Brandon) of Denton; uncle, Chris Hughes of Denton; cousins, Noah and Chloee Cagle, Cody, Bella, and Glenn Hughes. The family will receive friends following the graveside service and other times at 4794 Valley Farm Rd. Denton. Briggs Funeral Home in Denton is serving the family.
