Paula Frances Apple

Paula Apple, 59, formerly of Brantley Gordon Rd., Denton, NC passed away on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, at Hinkle Hospice House.

A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, Dec. 30, at Tom’s Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery conducted by Mr. Ken McDowell.

Paula was born March 4, 1964, in Randolph County to Paul Edgar Apple and Colleen Snider Apple. She was a member of Farmer Baptist Church and had worked at Neighbor’s Grove Wesleyan Church.in Asheboro assisting with the school. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by a brother, Stephen Thomas Apple, and by her sister, Diane Cook.

She is survived by a brother, Neil Apple and his wife Rita of Sophia; 3 nephews and 1 niece.

The body will lie in state from 12:00 PM until 1:30 PM Saturday at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton prior to the graveside service.

Memorials can be made to Hospice of Davidson County or to Farmer Baptist Church.
