Mrs. Patricia Hill Miller, 66, of Piedmont School Rd., Denton passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 16, 2019 at Randolph Hospice House.
A celebration of life service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, Jan. 19 at Lineberry United Methodist Church with Rev. Richard Gould and Rev. Kelly Creekmur presiding. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will greet friends in the fellowship hall immediately following the service and other times at the Hill home place on Piedmont School Rd., Denton.
Patricia was born April 23, 1952 in Davidson County to the late Walter Fayne Hill and Etta Johnson Hill. She graduated from University of North Carolina Charlotte Nursing program. Most of her career she worked as a cardiac charge nurse. She was a member of Lineberry United Methodist Church where she was a choir member and the co-treasurer of the United Methodist Women. In her spare time Patricia enjoyed beekeeping and line dancing with the Silver Liners. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Miller.
Surviving is life partner, Richard “Rick” White of the home; sisters, Sandi Hopkins and husband Wesley, Sr., Sue Hill and husband Lee Beam, and Faye H. Vestal all of Denton; sister-in-law, Linda Wright and husband Ed of Woodstock, Ga.; and many adopted grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews to whom Patricia was a very loving aunt.
Briggs Funeral Home in Denton is serving the Miller family.
