Odell Casteel

Francis Odell Casteel, 65, of Johnson Road, died Wednesday, Jan. 17, 2007, at Forsyth Medical Center, Winston-Salem. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Lineberry United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Steve McLain officiating. Burial will be in Holly Hill Cemetery in Thomasville. He was a native of Davidson County, attended Lineberry United Methodist Church, was employed by Overnite Transportation Company and was a horse breeder and showed horses. Surviving are wife, Brenda Coltrane Casteel of the home; father, Jesse Odell Casteel of Loudon, Tenn. The family will be at Briggs Funeral Home, Denton, 6-8 p.m. Friday, other times at the home.
