Mrs. Nannie Mae Buie Ingram, age 72, of Cap Ingram Rd., Lexington died Friday, December 3 at Forsyth Medical Center following a sudden illness. Funeral service for Mrs. Ingram will be 2:00 pm Monday, December 6 at Floyd Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Dickens officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the home, 774 Cap Ingram Rd., from 6 to 8 pm Sunday. Mrs. Ingram was born October 27, 1938 to Glenn Luther and Eula Lamb Buie. She was a homemaker and a member of Floyd Baptist Church where she was a 20 year member and sang in the choir. She loved every living thing including her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and her pets. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Jonah Ingram, Sr. on March 14, 2009 and by a son, Albert Jonah (Pete) Ingram, Jr. She is survived by a son, Scott Ingram and wife Nita Bruce Ingram of Lexington, four grandchildren, Christy Eller and husband Lynn, Lori Peace and husband Joseph, Jr., Holly Ingram and husband Shane Hedrick and Sheldon McDaniel, fourteen great-grandchildren, Cordell Graham, Hailey Blankenship, Isaiah Ingram, Sabrina Eller, Amber Peace, Robby Hedrick, C. J. Eller, Mason Andrew Gordon, Christian Peace, Faith Peace, Kevin Peace, Monica Britt, Jamie Gordon and Jazzy Gordon. She is also survived by a brother, David Buie of Denton and sisters, Edith Jean Gordon of Thomasville, Anna Marie Hill of Denton and Anna Jane Gallimore of Denton.
