Mike Henderson

Mr. Michael (Mike) Henderson age 63, of Greensboro passed away Saturday, July 23, 2016 at Brian Center of Lexington. A memorial service will be held under the shelter at First Baptist Church on Saturday, August 20, 2016 at 2:00 pm. Inurnment will follow in the church cemetery. “Mike” was born July 31, 1952 in Davidson County to Robert Henderson and Geneva Cannon Henderson. He had attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for 2 years. “Mike” was employed with the Greensboro News and Record as an ad designer. In addition to his parents “Mike” was preceded in death by his life partner, Steve McPherson. Surviving is brother, Joe Henderson of Lake Wylie, SC and Sister, Phyllis Combs of Lexington.
