Mary Parsons Lamonds

Jackson Springs-Mary Lamonds Mrs.Mary Ina Parsons Lamonds, 92, of Currie Mill Rd., Jackson Springs, died Sunday, June 17, 2007 at Manor Care in Pinehurst. Funeral Service will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 20, 2007 at Eagle Springs United Methodist Church, with Rev. Donald Burns officiating. Burial will follow in the Jackson Springs Cemetery. A native of Montgomery County, Mrs. Lamonds was born March 14, 1915, the daughter of Claude Parsons and Nancy Ellen Chisholm Parsons. She was a seamstress and a home maker. Mrs. Lamonds is survived by her husband, Hulan Lamonds of the home; two daughters, Gathel Hinson of Jackson Springs and Wanda Black of Jackson Springs; a son, Dwight Lamonds of the home; 6 Grandchildren; 8 Great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Tuesday at Briggs-Candor Funeral Home and other times at the home of Wanda Black, Currie Mill Rd., Jackson Springs.
