Mary Lemonds Bodsford

BISCOE-Mary Lou Lemonds Bodsford, 67, of Cedar Creek Rd., Biscoe, died Friday, September 28, 2012 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. Funeral Service will be 2:00 PM Monday at Macedonia Presbyterian Church, with Rev. Matthew Baker officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mrs. Bodsford was born April 15, 1945 in Montgomery County, the daughter of Willie and Maggie Smith Lemonds. She had worked in payroll at Russell Hosiery, Fruit of the Loom, Renfro and was last working at Family First Home Care. She was preceded in death by a brother, David Lemonds. She is survived by her husband, Paul Bodsford, Jr. of the home; 2 daughters, Lynn Reynolds and Tonya Bodsford, both of Biscoe; 3 sisters, Carleen Bodsford and Ann Scott, both of Star and Kaye Kennedy of Biscoe; a brother, E.L. Lemonds of Seagrove; 4 grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 PM Sunday at Briggs-Candor Funeral Home and other times at the residence on Cedar Creek Rd.
