Martha Snider Bisher

Martha Snider Bisher, born May 31, 1939, passed away on April 7, 2026, surrounded by her family.

Martha was a woman of strong will, firm opinions, and a personality that left a lasting impression on everyone she met. She graduated from Denton High School in 1957 and lived life on her own terms.

She was a woman of deep Christian faith, which guided her throughout her life and was reflected in the way she loved and cared for her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Hal and Burtrice Snyder, and her daughter, Renee Coleman.

She is survived by her husband, William Bisher; her daughters, Lorraine Ridge and Celinda Coleman; and her grandchildren: Josh Coleman and his wife Jessica Coleman, and their daughter Quinn; Hunter Ridge and his wife Krissy Ridge, and their children Baxton and Brynlee; and Todd Falconer and his wife Stephanie Falconer, and his son Colt.

She will be remembered in many different ways by those whose lives she touched, and her presence will be deeply missed.

A service to celebrate her life will be held at Denton First Baptist Church on Saturday, April 18 at 2:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Hospice of Davidson County – Hinkle House, whose care and compassion meant so much in her final days.
