Mark Burkhardt

Mark Burkhardt, age 53 of Regan Rd., Denton died Sunday, August 9 at Northeast Medical Center in Concord following a sudden illness. A Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Mr. Burkhardt was born August 31, 1955 in Branch County, Michigan to Junior Stephen and Marlene Weigand Burkhardt. He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force and worked with Connect Marketing in the racing industry. He was preceded in death by his father on April 4, 2009 and by an infant baby brother. Mr. Burkhardt is survived by his wife Kathy Holbrook Burkhardt of the home, a son Kip Burkhardt of Coldwater, Michigan, a daughter, Jennifer Cox of Ridgeway, Virginia and 9 grandchildren. Briggs Funeral Home in Denton is serving the Burkhardt family
