Marie Craven Robinson

March 31, 1926 — November 19, 2021

Marie Craven Robinson, 95, of Jackson Springs, passed away Friday, November 19, 2021 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst.

Mrs. Robinson was born March 31, 1926 in Richmond County, a daughter of the late Artis Banks and Minnie Lee Warner Craven. She was a lifelong and active member of Mt. Carmel Presbyterian Church and enjoyed helping out at local fire departments. She worked at McLeod’s Store in Norman for several years, eventually working with her husband Harold at Robinson Service and Repair. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Robinson, grandson, Gene Seifried and siblings, John, Dolan, Harold, Farrell and Evon Craven, Mildred Hall and Cecile Bruton.

Surviving are her children, Teresa Robinson, Sherry Seifried and Larry Robinson (Judy); grandchildren, Rebekah Monroe (Brett) and Hannah Puckett (Jesse); 9 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be at 11:30 am Tuesday at Mt. Carmel Presbyterian Church with Rev. James Watson officiating. The family will greet friends following the service.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial in Marie’s name may be made to a fire department or rescue squad of your choice.
