Margaret Thomas Jackson Springs, NC-Margaret Overton Thomas, 90, of Jackson Springs, died Tuesday, February 02, 2010 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. Graveside Service will be 2:00 PM Thursday, February 4, 2010 at Pleasant Hill UMC Cemetery, with Rev. Dana Brewer officiating. Mrs. Thomas was born February 12, 1919 in Moore County, the daughter of Walter Overton and Martha Allen. She was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband, Haywood Thomas in 2006. She is survived by 2 sons, Nelson Thomas of Jackson Springs and Glen Thomas of Candor; a brother, John Overton of Biscoe; a sister, Georgia Earnhardt of Dunn, NC; 1 Grandchild; 1 Great-grandchild. The family will receive friends at the residence.
