Magdalene L. Lambeth

Ms. Magdalene Lula Lambeth, 96, formerly of Cid Rd., Lexington, NC passed away on Sunday, March 13, 2022, at Mountain Vista Health Park.

A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Thursday, March 17, at Walter’s Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Chris Simpson officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1:00 until 2:30 PM prior to the funeral service.

Magdalene was born in Davidson County on December 3, 1925, the daughter of David Lambeth and Maggie Grubb Lambeth. She was a member of Walter’s Grove Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents Magdalene was also preceded in death by 3 brothers, Benny, Foy, and Grady Lambeth; and 5 sisters, Sally Gallimore, Ola Pierce, Beulah Pierce, Minnie Anderson, and Hazel Briles.

She is survived by a special nephew, Lawrence Briles and wife Helen of Lexington; great-niece, Candy Briles Gunnell and husband Kevin of Thomasville; and by several nieces and nephews.
