Luther Edward ( Eddie) Cassidy, Jr., of Gold Hill Drive, Salisbury, NC died Wednesday, July 25. A Memorial Service for Mr. Cassidy will be held at a later date. Mr. Cassidy Was born March 24, 1986 in Moore County to Luther Edward Cassidy, Sr. and Mary Hoy. Surviving are companion: Tonya Derouin; son Jayden Cassidy,step-daughters Haylie Derouin and Kylee Derouin; Mother Mary H. Burris of Troy, sisters Patsy Renee Berry of Troy, Leketa Wilhoit, and Crystal Cassidy; brothers, Joseph Wayne Hoy, Robert Cassidy, Jeffery Cassidy and Petty Cassidy all of Troy. Briggs Funeral Home in Troy is assisting the Cassidy Family. .
