Mrs. Lula Mae Hogan Luther age 79 of Charles Mountain Rd., Denton died Wednesday, September 13, 2006 at Randolph Hospital. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, September 16, 2006 at 12:00 PM at Taylors Grove Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Tommy Tysinger and Rev. James Draugh. Mrs. Luther was born April 19, 1927 in Randolph County to Manly C. Hogan Sr. and Amy Latham Hogan. She was retired from Acme-McCrary Corporation in Asheboro and attended Liberty Fellowship Church. Survivors include Daughters, Wanda Ingold Smith of Charlotte, Judy Ingold Sullivan of Fayetteville, and Darlene Ingold Boling of Salisbury, Sisters Beulah Loflin, Bryte Hopkins and Mildred Richardson all of Denton, 7 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren. The family will be receiving friends at the church fellowship hall following the service and other times at the residence on Charles Mountain Rd.
