Born in Paraguay on October 19, 1953, she was the daughter of Zenon Olmedo and Georgina Cegovia. She was a homemaker.
Lucia is survived by 3 sons, Anibal, Alejandro, and Arnaldo; 3 daughters, Julia, Alicia, and Lurdes; 24 Grandchildren.
Briggs-Candor Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
