Lillie Mae Scarboro

Mrs. Lillie Mae Sexton Scarboro, age 92 of Denton died Thursday, August 7 at Mountain Vista Health Park in Denton. A funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM Sunday, August 10 at Gravel Hill Baptist Church conducted by Rev. Danny Hosler and Rev. Gerald Ward. Burial will follow in the Church Cemetery. The family will see friends from 2:00 to 3:00 PM Sunday at Gravel Hill Baptist Church. Mrs. Scarboro was born November 22, 1921 in Randolph County to Baxter H. Sexton and Lilly Beck Sexton. She was a member of Gravel Hill Baptist Church and a retired employee of General Electric Asheboro Plant .She was married to Henry Almer Scarboro who died June 7, 2010. Mrs. Scarboro is survived by Nieces and Nephews.
