Laura Brown Suggs

L aura Jean Brown Suggs, 36, a resident of Guilford County and formerly of Denton passed away on Saturday, July 16, 2022.

A celebration of life service will be held on 2:00 PM Saturday, July 23, at Briggs Funeral Home Memorial Chapel with Rev. Boyd Byerly and Rev. Robert Black officiating.

Laura was born March 7, 1986, in Davidson County. She attended Southwestern Randolph High School and had worked in healthcare as a Certified Nursing Assistant.

She is survived by her father and step-mother, Warren Brown and Connie Brown of Denton; mother and step-father, Owen Eita Fox and Clarence Fox of Newport, TN; sons, Daylon Suggs and Landon Suggs of Parrottsville, TN; brother, Scott Brown and wife Suzanne of Trinity; paternal grandparents, William and Mary Ellen Brown of High Point; aunts and uncles, Brian and Angela Brown and Beth and David Richardson.

The family will greet friends from 1:00 until 2:00 PM Saturday prior to the service at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton.

In lieu of flowers a memorial contribution can be made in Laura’s memory to the donor’s choice.
