Larry Wayne Surratt, 56, of Euris Surratt Rd., Denton died Sunday, June 22, 2008 at Stanly Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 25 at Alleghany United Methodist Church with Rev. Claudie Harrison and Rev. Tommy Tysinger officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Mr. Surratt was born March 15, 1952 in Davidson County to Euris W. Surratt and Lola Mae Harrison Surratt. He worked for Schultz Homes as a Tractor Driver. He was preceded in death by a brother, Joe Don Surratt and a sister Brenda Surratt. Survivors include wife; Jan Tysinger Surratt of the home, son; David Surratt of Denton, step son; Adam Hulin of Denton, brother; Billy Surratt of Denton, sister; Shirley McDowell of Denton 2 grandchildren and 3 step grandchildren.
