Larry Sexton

Mr. Larry Eugene Sexton, age 71 of Panthers Creek Road, Salisbury was discovered August 22 having died from injuries suffered in an accident at his residence. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, August 26 at Briggs Funeral Home Memorial Chapel conducted by Rev. Darrell Summey and Dr. Darryl Maxwell. Inurnment will follow at Mountain View Memorial Gardens. The family will see friends from 12:30 to 1:30 PM Wednesday at Briggs Funeral Home and at other times will be at their respective homes. Mr. Sexton was born February 20, 1944 in Davidson County to Joel W Sexton, Sr. and Chloia Parrish Sexton. He was a retired welder having worked in building construction. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his brother, Joel W Sexton, Jr. and wife Judy of Thomasville; and a sister Gloria S Stiller and husband Walter of Rockwell;nephews, Dennis Sexton, Greg Sexton, Brad Stiller and wife Emily; niece, Andrea Beigay and husband Mike.
