Mrs. Kristy Rena Cooper Everhart, age 48, of Bowtie Road, Lexington NC, died Monday, October 26, 2020 at Moses Cone Select Specialty Hospital in Greensboro. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, October 30th at Forest Hill Memorial Park in Lexington conducted by Rev. Johnny Daniel. Mrs. Everhart was born June 8, 1972 in Cabarrus County to Rev. Russell Greer Cooper, Jr. and Carolyn Troutman Cooper. She worked for Burlington Mills and Sara Lee. She was preceded in death by her father and brother, Jeffrey “Bubba” Cooper. She is survived by her husband Robert Everhart pf the home; a son, Shane Everhart and wife Alison of Lexington; a daughter, Kimberly Wood and husband Wesley of Lexington; mother, Carolyn Cooper of Lexington; brothers, Gary Cooper and wife Denise of Alabama and Greg Cooper and wife June of Denton; a sister, Sharon Metcalf and husband Steve of Denton; a grandson, Mason Wood.
