Kenneth W. Loflin

Mr. Kenneth Wayne Loflin, 74, of NC HWY 49 S. Denton, NC passed away on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at Cone Green Valley Hospital in Greensboro.

Kenneth was born January 10, 1947 in Randolph County to Clifford Loflin and Beulah Hogan Loflin. He had worked in the logging industry and was currently working as a driver. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother, Dwight Loflin and by a sister, Shirlyn Simmons.

He is survived by his wife, Janet Blake Loflin of the home; daughters, Kenna Loflin of Denton, Kim King of Asheboro, and Jan Watkins of Denton; brothers, David Loflin and Hoyt Loflin; sister, Barbara Earnhart all of Denton; 5 grandchildren, Jadaca Dunn, Carter King, Everly King, Finlee Watkins, and Rhett Watkins.

Mr. Loflin will lie in state on Thursday from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Briggs Funeral Home in Denton. The family will not be present.
